Legal services should be affordable and transparent. We offer the following payment arrangements:

Flat Fees

Contract/Document Review (max. of 10 pages)

Filing a Trademark Application

Includes basic non-formal trademark evaluation. Written trademark evaluation is an additional $250.

Sending a cease-and-desist letter

Includes 10 pages of document/evidence review, additional documents subject to an additional charge.

Small Claims Consultation*

*This fee may be recovered if you win your case (ie. for Landlord/Tenant disputes).

Contingency Fees

Primarily for Plaintiff civil litigation cases and cases involving licensing and/or royalty agreements, we are open to exploring new ways for clients to pay for their legal services while minimizing their risk.

Hourly Fees

Our hourly rates are designed to make litigation more affordable than the current market. This pay structure is designed for litigation clients and clients who may have ongoing needs where flat fee or contingency fee arrangements are not manageable.
